Goal: We assist the client to undertake their initial Commercial, Technical and Regulatory action-steps into China. Completion of this goal will allow the client to begin executing a committed China entry with the right partners, at the right time.

• Help establish reporting lines and contacts between client departments and Chinese partners
• Conduct communication training sessions
• Assist to establish roles and responsibilities between all parties.
• Facilitate client sales and service teams to train Chinese counterparts.
